● Responsible for the company's e-commerce systems maintenance, administration, implementation
● Responsible for employee computer equipment resources management
● Colleagues consultation and assistance in issues with the administered systems
● Troubleshoot and research solutions to optimize the system, reporting bottlenecks
● Identify system issues/problems as they occur, giving early notifications
● Manage of new system integration and implementation
● And other tasks

Job Requirements

● Higher Education
● Experience with e-commerce, fulfillment, or other e-commerce platforms
● Ability to learn and adopt new systems
● Willingness to learn quickly and grow within the position
● Organizational and planning skills
● Strong problem-solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
● Proactiveness & Ownership
