Responsibilities
● Actively listen to customer service and sales agents' calls to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and adherence to established processes using pre-prepared questionnaire forms.
● Read and analyze customer support tickets to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process enhancement.
● Conduct mystery shopper calls to evaluate the customer experience and uncover potential gaps in processes.
● Document findings from data collection activities clearly and concisely to contribute to comprehensive process documentation/improvement.
● Work closely with the team to develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement, specifically addressing customer interactions.
Job Requirements
● Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis or similar field
● Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
● Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly
